Services - tailored

Brand discovery and brand voice

I help you discover and describe what your business or brand actually does, what it stands for and how it is special. This process will show you how to get that point of difference across in a way that reflects you and helps your business compete.

Brand communications strategy

Following research and identification of your ideal customer, current customers and competitor set, I will identify communications opportunities and set out a clear strategy for you to implement.

UK-market communications

I will be your marketing and communications partner on the ground in the UK, supporting your global communications team and any local distributors or retailers. I’m very experienced at building brand awareness and local networks in the UK for businesses based in Italy, North America, Netherlands, France and Germany.

Interim support

Need help for a set period of time whilst there are changes in your senior communications team/Head of Comms function? Facing parental leave, extended leave, or simply need help for your communications team in a period of change within the business? I can help fill that gap.

Social media strategy - organic

I will help you narrow down which channels are right for your audience, your business and your goals. The strategy includes an audit of current activities, identification and review of your competitor set and set out a clear plan across the chosen channels for you to implement with ease.

Social media management - organic

I oversee and manage all of your organic social media activities, either using your in-house team or mine.

Under my guidance, my client’s accounts grow and attract their target audience as everything from profile optimisation and daily engagement, to content creation and publishing is done within the framework of their social media strategy.

PR support

PR support for your business tailored to your goals. I can run one part or all of PR campaign for you, either working with your in-house team or by myself. If the task requires it, I have a network of trusted associates to help on all PR activities from copywriting to full event management, and from media releases to exhibition builds.

Organic social media training

Tailored to your requirements and for you and/or your team. My training can be structured as required. This could be an intensive day of training for your senior management to learn how to maximise LinkedIn on behalf of the business, or for your sales & marketing team to have six monthly sessions to help them learn, analyse and become proficient in social media management alongside their day-to-day role.

Social media training - organic, 4 week plan

£600

A four week training package structured into weekly 1 hour online sessions where we go through key areas of organic social media management for up to two channels. I will essentially hold your hand whilst you learn about organic social media management including optimisation, profiles, engagement, content strategy, messaging and key metrics.

You’ll have to do some homework every week as part of this package and we will be running the platforms together. By the end of the process, you will feel confident about what to say, on which channel and how to grow your social media account without me.

Additional attendees are welcome and charged at an extra £100 per person for this package. Can be held face to face in London or within an hour of Guildford for an extra charge.

Power hour

£180 per hour

What communications issue we focus on is entirely up to you. You will receive a questionnaire in advance so I am ready to help you make the most of your call and be sure you leave with an action plan.

Interiors Social Media strategy session

An in-depth three hour session over video focused on the social media channels you are running for your interiors business. We can either look at the overall communications strategy for all the channels you are currently using, or focus on one specific channel and go deeper into competitor set, content strategy, messaging, optimisation.

This is also great for freelance SMMs running accounts that want to tap into my years of communications experience for interior design, architecture, kitchen, bathroom and furniture brands.

Additional attendees are welcome and charged at an extra £50 per person. Can be held face to face in London or within an hour of Guildford for an extra charge.

Team social media training - 3 month intensive plan

From £3,800

If you want to get your team fully trained on how to run LinkedIn and Instagram themselves for your B2B brand, tap into my expertise and achieve this with ease with my three month intensive project which includes:

  • A six month content calendar tailored to your brand with best practice guidelines for each channel.

  • Training session on a zoom call to run through the content calendar and a Q&A session so the team understand how to run social media accounts.

  • Two months of content created for both channels with guidance for the team to create their own in the 3rd month under my guidance.

  • Me posting and engaging for two months to give your channels the biggest boost and one more month shared 50/50 posting and engagement with your team.

  • Weekly quick videos of activities that have taken place on each channel that week.

  • Video sessions once a month going through all actions, reviewing results, best practice, analysing that has worked/what hasn’t.

  • Handover would be done gradually over the third month as they take over different actions on each channel.

  • Final video call at the end of the three months, plus at two and four weeks after handover to review what has worked and answer any more questions.

Photoshoot direction & management

From £600 a day

Have a completed project or a case study that you want photographed or filmed? Want to make sure you get the most valuable results from your investment in photography?

I will run your shoot for you from beginning to end, agreeing storyboards, concepts, desired images, formats, quantities and style. Sourcing photographers, videographers, stylists and assistants is also included.

I also manage the shoot on the day to make sure we get the shot list, the shoot team stay focused and the location owners are kept happy.

Networking training

From £350

If you dread networking a room but you know this is crucial for you and your team to build your network, I can teach you how to network on your own terms and feel comfortable doing it.

I cover preparations in advance of each event, what to say, how to move between groups, goal setting and best practice for following up to make sure you maximise every event.

Training can be run online and also face to face. The number of attendees can be anything from 1 to your full team.
