SPECIALITIES

Brand discovery & brand voice

I help you discover and describe what your business or brand does, what it stands for and how it is special and get that across in a way that reflects you.

You’ll have to do some homework as part of this process, and I’ll run a series of in-person and online sessions with relevant members of your team, key suppliers and customers to explore all the brand foundations and build a picture and understanding of your business.

A final brand bible will be crafted for you covering brand pillars, brand statements, tone of voice, lexion, mission, vision, values and positioning.

Brand Communications strategy

Following a series of calls with customer-facing team members and identification of your ideal customer, I’ll research your customers and competitor set, identify opportunities and set out a clear strategy.

A typical strategy includes core messaging, recommended channels (PR, social media, mailings, blog, etc) and content pillars. Guidance will be given for you and your team to implement all your communications activities yourselves.

Communications management

I run one part or all of your communications for you, either working with your in-house team or by myself. If the task requires it, I have a network of trusted associates to help on all communications from copywriting to full event management, and from media releases to website builds.

I can also to help for a set period of time whilst there are changes in your communications team, or to help your communications team through a period of change within the business.

Social media strategy

Choosing which social media channels to be active on can be hard and it is tempting to be on them all. I will help you narrow down which channels are right for your audience, your business and your goals. The strategy includes an audit of current activities, identification and review of your competitor set and set out a clear plan across the chosen channels for you to implement with ease.

Social media management

I oversee and manage all of your social media activities, either using your in-house team or mine.

Under my guidance, my client’s accounts gorw and attract their target audience as I make sure everything from channel and profile optimisation, daily engagement and handling of messages, to content creation and publishing is done within the framework and guidance of their social media strategy.

If you want to get your team fully trained on how to run LinkedIn and Instagram themselves for your B2B brand, tap into my expertise and achieve this with ease with my three month intensive project which includes:

  • A six month content calendar tailored to your brand with best practice guidelines for each channel.

  • Training session on a zoom call to run through the content calendar and a Q&A session so the team understand how to run social media accounts.

  • Two months of content created for both channels with guidance for the team to create their own in the 3rd month under my guidance.

  • Me posting and engaging for two months to give your channels the biggest boost and one more month shared 50/50 posting and engagement with your team.

  • Weekly quick videos of activities that have taken place on each channel that week.

  • Video sessions once a month going through all actions, reviewing results, best practice, analysing that has worked/what hasn’t.

  • Handover would be done gradually over the third month as they take over different actions on each channel.

  • Final video call at the end of the three months, plus at two and four weeks after handover to review what has worked and answer any more questions.

Networking training

If you dread networking a room but you know this is crucial for you and your team to build your network, I can teach you how to network on your own terms and feel comfortable doing it.

I cover preparations in advance of each event, what to say, how to move between groups, goal setting and best practice for following up to make sure you maximise every event.

Training can be run online and also face to face. The number of attendees can be anything from 1 to your full team.

Photoshoot direction & management

£600 a day

Have an completed project or a case study that you want photographed or filmed? I will run your shoot for you from beginning to end, agreeing storyboards, concepts, desired images, formats, quantities and style. Sourcing photographers, videographers, stylists and assistants.

I also manage the shoot on the day to ensure you get valuable results from the investment you are making.

£180 per hour

What we cover is entirely up to you. You will receive a questionnaire in advance so I am ready to help you make the most of your call and be sure you leave with an action plan.
